Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a sales development manager who is an expert in sales strategy, possesses excellent communication skills and is a strong leader.

Job Description

  •  Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations
  •  Develop accounts, build up business, and prospect for new business leads via leads, networking groups, cold-calling, referrals and all avenues of social media
  •  Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients
  •  Interface with clients to identify needs, present solutions and to obtain job orders
  •  Meet internal sales target
  •  Answering phone inquiries and responding to emails

Experience, Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business discipline desired
  •  Experience in business development, B2B sales and Magento eCommerce Platform
  •  Experience engaging senior level decision makers (VPs, Directors of HR, CFOs, Owners) from mid-size to large-size companies
  •  Ideally experienced in professional services or management consulting.
  •  Strong cross-business and industry knowledge
  •  Facilitation and workshop development
  •  Experience in management consulting is a plus
