eCommerce and Customer Success

I recently came on board here at Zynovo Solutions as the Director of Sales and Marketing. My role is to work closely with the founders Steven Kao and Lindy Kyaw to help manage the growth strategy and take Zynovo to the next level as a premiere System Integrator for eCommerce and full-cycle web development.

 

Zynovo has a solid history of high praise from customers and their expertise with the Magento platform as well as their end-to-end custom development service offering. As noted by Matthias Metternich the founder of Cocodune, he was referred to Zynovo directly by Roy Rubin former CEO of Magento.

Coming from a career and many years of experience working in sales and strategic marketing programs and demand generation. I know the importance of being able to pivot between different hats of account based sales, integrated marketing, operations and always tweaking marketing organization efficiency and effectiveness. I’m passionate about the value of great Customer Experience and innovation in the digital world we live in. My many years experience in eCommerce platforms goes as far back as early as 1998 working at the German start-up Intershop and then later co-founding Electronics Marketplace consumer electronics eCommerce website.

 

I can’t wait to help our clients deploy and be successful with Zynovo and realizing significant ROI. I plan to be an active Magento community member and contribute and engage with each other as well as potential customers.
